Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I chose to study abroad to immerse myself in a new culture and experience life from a different perspective. Grenoble, France, was the perfect destination for me because of its stunning natural beauty, proximity to the Alps for snowboarding, and easy access to travel around Europe. I’m excited to explore new places and cultures during my time here.

WhAT IS ONE NEW EXPERIENCE YOU'RE HOPING TO HAVE WHILE ABROAD?
I’m hoping to discover hidden gems in the local French culture, whether it’s trying regional foods, participating in local traditions, or exploring off-the-beaten-path spots around Grenoble. I want to really get a feel for life here beyond the typical tourist attractions.

What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
I’m most excited about my French language class because it’s a great opportunity to connect with other international students from diverse backgrounds. Being in a classroom with people from all over the world makes learning even more enriching, as we can share different cultural perspectives and experiences. It’s not just about mastering the language, but also about engaging in meaningful conversations and building relationships with classmates from places I might not have encountered otherwise.

WHAT IS SOMETHING you're passionate and excited about? 
Snowboarding is one of my greatest passions, and I’m excited to spend my time in Grenoble enjoying the mountains. I also love experiencing different cultures and connecting with people from around the world, which is one of the things that drew me to studying here.
